This project centred on creating a user-focused website with bold yet minimalist branding to highlight workplace inequality in the healthcare industry. Serving as an educational hub, the platform aims to inspire professionals across various sectors to take proactive steps towards building a fairer and more equitable workforce. Key design considerations included developing an intuitive interface capable of hosting diverse media formats such as videos, articles, and toolkits to educate individuals and organisations on workplace equality.

The site also strategically highlights essential support services, guiding users to resources for addressing workplace behaviour and harassment. To ensure a seamless experience, the design balanced impactful visuals with a clean, minimalist layout for ease of navigation and user engagement. Rigorous research and testing were conducted to meet digital accessibility standards and ensure WCAG compliance.
